Psychological
THERAPY
We will work together to understand what is going on, develop a clear treatment plan, and build strategies that are realistic and useful in everyday life.
My areas of experience are autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, suicidality, social challenges, emotional regulation, substance abuse, and self-harm.

How will our sessions look like?
. . . during psychological therapy
As a registered psychologist, I use first-hand and clinical experience to support people with a range of emotional, behavioural, and everyday challenges using practical, neuro-affirming, and tailored approaches.
I provide psychological therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. For children and adolescents, family based therapy may also be offered where clinically appropriate.
. . . during assessments
I can assess you if when we are looking for a potential diagnosis, such as ADHD, autism, or personality disorders. I will provide the assessment within my scope of practice and competency, while recognising that some more complex presentations may require multidisciplinary input or a referral onward.
My approach is thoughtful, neuro-affirming, and grounded in real life context, using clinical interviews, background information, tailored assessment tools, and feedback to answer the referral question as clearly as possible.
Assessment includes a written report with practical recommendations to help.
. . . during positive behavior support
Support is person centred, neuro-affirming, and focused on understanding the function of behaviour, building skills, reducing barriers, and improving quality of life.
Services include:
-
Behaviour support assessment
-
Functional behaviour assessment
-
Interim and comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans
-
Practical strategy development
-
Implementation support
-
Collaboration with families and support teams
